Guest Policies

To help us preserve the integrity of our vintage wood floors we ask that you please do not wear “high heels” on the porches or inside the home.

Deposits

Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay.  Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Cancellations

Deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival date, 14 days if holiday weekend.  All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Check In Time:	3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check Out Time By:	11:00 a.m.

If the above times do not conform to your travel plans, please notify the Innkeeper.

Rates
All rates are double occupancy and include a full gourmet breakfast; add $35.00 for each additional guest.

No Smoking Policy
Our Inn is a smoke-free environment.
